We collect only the information we need to run DinnersDunn:

• Information you give us. When you join the waitlist or use the demo, you may provide your email address, ingredients you have on hand, dietary preferences, allergies, and any messages you send to our AI chef.
• Information collected automatically. Standard log data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Small files used to remember preferences and to power analytics.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Service, including generating personalized AI chef responses.
• Communicate with you about the waitlist, launch updates, and beta invitations.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Email Communications

If you join the waitlist or sign up for an account, we will send you transactional and product emails (for example, your welcome message, beta invites, and launch announcements). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We will still send essential account or security messages.

Cookies

DinnersDunn uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some features of the Service.

Third Party Services

We use a small set of trusted third parties to operate the Service. Each is bound by their own privacy practices:

• Anthropic (Claude AI). Powers our AI chef. Messages you send in the demo are passed to the Claude API to generate a reply. Do not include sensitive personal information in your messages.
• Netlify. Hosts the website and processes waitlist form submissions and serverless functions.
• Google Analytics. Helps us understand aggregate, anonymized site usage so we can make DinnersDunn better.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to follow industry best practices.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s Privacy

DinnersDunn is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
